National Convenience Distributors is looking for a motivated individual able to Provide administrative and clerical support for the Director of Marketing Events.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing and event support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various projects and will support various office functions including: preparing correspondence, answering phones, maintaining calendars, and various other assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outsourced agencies - websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
  • Event support scheduling service partners, contract review, invoicing
  • Project & meeting support (scheduling, note-taking, creation of project plans)
  • Reporting pull and analyze marketing reporting, including Google analytics data, email marketing data
  • Joining client and internal team meetings
  • Administration Conduct general research, review copy for error, contact outlets for media pricing, answer phones and other administrative tasks, pay invoices and manage invoicing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or working experience
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of social networking platforms
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel mastery
