Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist in Livonia, MI to ensure service parts are available for customers. The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will also provide support with emergency orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers’ emergency orders.
• Use various systems to verify the status of emergency orders.
• Reply to dealers regarding order inquiries.
• Handle quality control inspection requests.
• Place orders as necessary and work with suppliers to ensure parts are shipped.
• Provide additional supply chain assistance where needed.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two plus years of previous supply chain, logistics or transportation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
