A Typical Day

• Champion the rollout and refinement of the Amaco Quality System. Create and enforce standards, work instructions, and training programs.
• Address and resolve personnel issues through negotiation and issue-solving strategies.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to align with organizational goals and directives set by the Quality Manager.
• Maintain accurate NAV inventory records and guarantee efficient scrap management.
• Apply methodologies like TWI to enforce consistency in work processes.
• Lead Kaizen and A3 initiatives, ensuring informative reporting during virtual Gemba.
• Conduct systematic safety audits and accident reviews as situations arise.
• Oversee Layered Process Audits to maintain departmental standards.
• Manage attendance and monitor staffing schedules while handling payroll approvals.
• Facilitate performance reviews to assess staff proficiency.
