The Role
As the Senior Officer, Corporate Partnerships, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will support the growth and success of high-impact corporate relationships across multiple industries, including technology and healthcare.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships, you'll be a dynamic, creative team player with a strong understanding of business and social impact to drive lasting results for kids.
You will lead a ~$4 million portfolio, managing key corporate relationships and maximizing value through financial investments, product donations, consumer activations, employee engagement, and innovation. As the primary relationship manager, you'll develop strategic plans, co-create new offerings, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Lead Partnerships and Drive Revenue (70%)
- Develop, manage and steward 3-6 high or medium profile existing corporate partnerships generating at least $4 million in annual cash revenue.
- Develop strategic account plans and track progress toward measurable KPIs to maximize value through programmatic funding, consumer activations, workplace giving, employee engagement, and other channels.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow existing partnerships and unlock additional value from partners.
- Support the broader Corporate Partnerships strategy to drive high-impact partnerships with corporations (i.e., include developing and socializing new partnership opportunities and lead special projects).
- Monitor industry trends, opportunities and challenges, conducting research as needed to distill insights into clear, actionable opportunities.
- Maintain internal systems for tracking and disseminating key information.
- Identify and secure opportunities to build Save the Children’s visibility (i.e., securing speaking engagements, engaging senior executives, or storytelling opportunities through media and social channels).
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate fundraising, marketing, promotions and communications
- Proven experience in building 7-figure partnerships in consulting, agency or corporate fundraising contexts
- Able to navigate highly complex contracts and support others by providing technical advice, guidance and direction on large partnerships
- Experience working with senior corporate executives
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at all levels
- Excels in managerial and leadership skills to drives engagement within a team
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% to foster team-building and partner relationships
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Degree in relevant field (business management, marketing, non-profit management or similar)
- Experience in creating public/private partnerships and developing impact metrics
Save the Children is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:
- Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target Salary for this position is $108,800 – $121,600 base salary
- Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $98,600 – $110,200 base salary
- Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $88,400 – $98,800 base salary
