Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that assists local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting. The Shipping Lead will increase operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing safe, accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments and deliveries.

Position Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates
- Supervise and coordinate the shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
- Ensure shipping warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly
- Assist with the integrity of inventory and support cycle counts
- Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
- Provide strategic leadership for the shipping team
- Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates
- Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts
- Continue to increase quality in customer deliveries
- Drive high levels of inventory integrity within the building
- Maintain associate engagement throughout the warehouse
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in your department

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in similar position preferred (2 years preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in progressive position (3 years preferred)
- Product/applications experience required
- Wholesale distribution experience preferred
