Key Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, grading, and construction tasks in residential and commercial projects.
- Operate hand and power tools for various construction tasks.
- Lift and move heavy materials (up to 90 lbs.) safely and efficiently.
- Work in a variety of environments, including crawl spaces, ladders, scaffolding, and dusty conditions.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a consistent work schedule, including overtime when required.
- Experience: At least 1 year in demolition and or grading.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Teamwork: Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate.
- Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to quality work.
- License: Valid California Driver's License (Preferred) .
- Competitive Pay: $18-$20 per hour, with overtime potential.
