Position Summary:
The Director of Growth is responsible for growing revenue sustainably for our DTC brands (Albany Park, Edloe Finch, X-Chair, Mavix, Timbuk2) through innovative customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will own the full-funnel strategy, leveraging data, experimentation, and automation to maximize efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a data-driven marketer, and a proven leader with a strong track record of scaling successful DTC brands. The role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Cypress, CA and reports to the VP of DTC.

Position Summary:

You will own the full-funnel strategy, leveraging data, experimentation, and automation to maximize efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a data-driven marketer, and a proven leader with a strong track record of scaling successful DTC brands. The role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Cypress, CA and reports to the VP of DTC.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Oversee comprehensive strategies around paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.), Influencer, and SEO.
- Develop and scale CRM strategies (email, SMS) to drive new and repeat purchases, increase LTV, and improve our understanding of the customer.
- Identify new marketing channels and expansion opportunities to diversify the marketing mix and improve overall marketing efficiency.
- Utilize first-party data, attribution modeling, and marketing mix analysis to inform decisions, with a focus on testing and incrementality.
- Own growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, retention rates) and develop dashboards to track performance and inform internal decision-making.
- Partner with eComm team to enhance site experience and performance based on the inbound advertising traffic (especially for mobile).
- Collaborate with Brand team on cross-channel initiatives, including organic media, earned media, and partnerships to ensure brand lift.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant performance, lifecycle, or growth experience at DTC brands.
- Deep expertise in paid media strategies, analytics, and full-funnel optimization.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and customer segmentation strategies.
- Expectation of being in office 2-3 days a week along with core members of team.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Test-and-learn mentality with a track record of running successful experiments.
- Experience with order economics, contribution dollars, and profitable growth.
- Ability to adhere to creative and brand standards while still driving growth.
- Comfort with automation and AI within your org as a force multiplier.
- Collaborative leader who can influence across functional teams
