What You'll Do:

• Develop relationships with customers and assess their employment-related needs.
• Provide career counseling, job search support, and labor market insights.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths and challenges.
• Establish and support short- and long-term employment goals.
• Facilitate career workshops on resume writing, interviewing, networking, and industry trends.
• Advocate for customers by connecting them with additional resources.
• Offer professional guidance to help customers overcome employment barriers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other digital tools to support job seekers.

What We're Looking For:

Education: High School diploma or higher.

Experience: 1-2 years in a related field.

• Strong customer service, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze needs, develop action plans, and provide solutions.
• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable discussing employment challenges and providing professional advice.
