About The Role

This position offers the chance to work at the forefront of employment litigation, assisting a dynamic team with critical responsibilities such as trial preparation, calendaring, e-filing, discovery, and legal research. Key Responsibilities

• Trial Preparation: Collaborate with attorneys to organize case files, evidence, and build strategic trial plans.
• Calendaring: Keep teams on track by managing schedules and important deadlines.
• E-filing: File court documents electronically with precision and timeliness.
• Discovery: Assist in obtaining and managing critical case information and documents.
• Legal Research: Dive into legal precedents, statutes, and case law to support litigation efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience in any area of litigation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in calendaring and e-filing procedures, paired with knowledge of legal research tools and discovery processes.
• Enthusiasm for working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between home and our client’s beautiful Oakland office.
