PARALEGAL

Commercial Real Estate Development Company in search of a self-motivated, detail-oriented and meticulous individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to review of files, including updating and maintaining legal pleadings and related documents, document and report preparation, and review of contracts as well as facilitate appointments and meetings, filing, and managing calendars. Must be able to manage multiple assignments, work with team members and prioritize work. College degree required. Paralegal experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Docusign, and Adobe software.
