Occupational and Speech Therapist Part-Time - #1398364

Fraser is looking for committed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions for children and families. External new hires will receive a $5,000 hiring bonus!

Requirements

• Completed Master’s or doctoral degree
• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health in Speech or Occupational therapy (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows)
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a DHS background check

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
• Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
• Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
• Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Compensation

• The starting pay is $33.65-$35.09/hour depending on qualifications
