Description of the role

Mazda of Columbia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team. This key position will be responsible for leading our sales team, achieving sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage/train the sales team to achieve set targets and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction score
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth


Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales management
  • MUST TAKE TO's and EMI
  • Previous F&I experience a must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
