Human Resources Director - #1398635

Are you ready to lead with purpose and make an impact? Garden Park Care Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Director of Human Resources to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Foster and enhance staff morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes professionally and consistently.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels by overseeing recruitment and retention efforts.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR management.
• Prior Experience processing payroll.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Director of Human Resources in a long-term care (LTC) facility or healthcare setting prefferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
