Job Description:
We are looking for a detailed Project Administrator to work on special projects within our customer's Business Operations Services (BOS), Customer Care, Information Protection, and Business Continuity (CCIB) department. This role will have a focus on meeting and event coordination and assisting department Project Managers.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and ensures project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide business operational support with focus on Domain Conferences, and Domain Calls
- Support Large project coordination and testing as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and executives
- Facilitating projects, both small and large
- Planning, conducting, and documenting meetings on a range of topics within the above activities.
- Analyzing business requests for system and/or procedural changes
- Ensuring budget and timelines are met.
- Writing and reviewing business requirements and other business-related documents.
- Test preparation, writing test scripts, and running test scrips.
- Performing data entry
Primary Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3 years working as a Project Administrator, Event Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and meet deadlines.
- Effective in team environment and able to work independently.
- Experience and knowledge with business operations.
- Business analyst and/or project analyst within the financial services sector.
Secondary Skills or Experience:
MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio, SharePoint
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28-$30 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
