Red Games Co. is looking for an organized, proactive, and highly communicative Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help drive operational excellence across the studio. This role is at the heart of our fast-paced environment, responsible for keeping our executives organized, ensuring company travel runs smoothly, and helping HR deliver an excellent candidate experience during recruitment.

You’ll wear a lot of hats, work closely with every department, and play a key role in shaping the internal operations of a growing game studio.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for studio executives across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and general administrative support

Travel & Event Management

  • Own all company travel — booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for team members, candidates, and executives
  • Coordinate travel logistics for conferences, offsites, and company events
  • Manage studio-wide event planning and logistics as needed

Recruitment & HR Support

  • Partner with HR to conduct initial interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and special projects

Office & Operations Support

  • Support studio culture initiatives and employee engagement efforts
  • Help coordinate studio communications and scheduling for all-hands meetings
  • Assist with operational projects and processes as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role — ideally in a creative or tech environment
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Passion for games or creative industries a plus!

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Experience planning company events or team offsites
