Make Your Mark:

Manages the development and implementation process of a companyÂ’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. This role is most common in a matrix type organization; it does not have responsibility over product development, but often requires a technical background in order to complete its overall project management responsibility. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Scrum Masters managing software development projects using the Agile development framework may be matched here. Those who use project management/Scrum Master techniques, but act primarily as developers and secondarily lead a project, should be matched to the appropriate engineering discipline. This job is intended for full- time project leaders. Individuals with people management responsibility should be matched to Project/Program (Design). Employees who manage product implementation for customers/clients should be matched to Project Management - Client Services. Manager Employees who manage internal IT-focused projects should be matched to Project Management (Information Systems).

Salary Range:

USD $134,000.00 - USD $167,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
