Role Description & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systemes Resource Application Web team is excited to announce we have an on site internship opportunity available in our Royal Oak, MI office!

The Resource Application Web team at DELMIA is dedicated to providing exceptional support and guidance to our users through comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and online help resources.

• Enhancing internal RobotLib Management and Request content management website with additional functionalities
• Improving existing and creating new internal tools for team productivity
• Interfacing with Dassault Systèmes R&D teams to discuss products and processes
• Designing and delivering product enhancements and quality assessment tests
  
  

You will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring that users have the information and resources they need to effectively utilize our software products and achieve their goals. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Web development Intern with skills in the following areas:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related real world full stack web development.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, gather requirements from stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and explore innovative approaches to enhance the application’s capabilities and user experience.
• Self-Motivation and Learning Agility: Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving project requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for web development including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Object Oriented Design, PHP, and to a lesser extent Java, Eclipse, C# and Visual Studio.
• Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in testing and debugging functionality to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like for managing codebase changes and collaborating with team members.
  
  

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.

This is an onsite role at our Dassault Systèmes Royal Oak, MI location; no remote or offsite permitted

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $23 – $27 per hour.
