What You Will Be Doing

Reading Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Create and implement a revolutionary AI-powered reading curriculum that maximizes student literacy achievement within our innovative 2-Hour Learning framework, while cultivating an authentic passion for reading and discovery.

Basic Requirements

• Educational Credentials (one of the following):
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
• Any bachelor's degree plus certified training in recognized reading methodologies (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
• Proven track record of successful early elementary literacy instruction
• Forward-thinking mindset with excitement for educational technology and AI integration
• Talent for creating captivating learning experiences
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Available to work on-site at one of our locations in: Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, NYC, Orlando, Phoenix, Santa Barbara, Tampa, or West Palm Beach

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
