Bellisio Foods is seeking an experienced Replenishment Analyst to join our team in Bentonville, AR.

Position Summary

Responsible for driving sales and profitability of Bellisio Foods business through sales, merchandising, promotion, shelf sets, pricing, and products. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Retail Sales and work closely with the existing team and shared functional resources (Analytics, Replenishment, Customer Marketing, Category Management, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Sales) to ensure the business strategies between Bellisio Foods, and the customer are aligned and delivered.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Deliver superior in store presence and manage business plan focused on product distribution, placement, pricing, and promotional activities in line with established Bellisio Foods guidelines
• Manage customer specific business plans to drive assigned sales and profits goals
• Identify key selling windows, promotional opportunities, and key development initiatives to gain incremental in-line and promotional space
• Develop and manage product level budgets pertaining to sales, margins, program funds, and allowances
• Utilize regular reports to provide the company with unique insights into product performance
• Provide the sales teams with key insights and utilize expertise in the data to help shape strategic efforts
• Partner with Marketing to understand consumer preference
• Building relationships with our partners at Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club and keeping them
  
  

Qualifications – Required

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics
• Ability to travel up to four days per month
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point, and Scintilla
• Positive interactions with cross-functional, customer-facing teams
• Proven ability to manage sales, grow the business, and effectively manage profit and trade budgets
• Demonstrated success implementing and managing retailer specific programs
• Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills
• Self-starter personality able to “pioneer” new directions and new opportunities
• Ability to travel approximately 20%
  
  

Qualifications Preferred (not Required)

• Frozen food experience
• Continuous improvement experience
• IRI / Nielsen POS data experience
• Master’s degree
• Spanish speaking

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
