The Commercial Partner Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the development of high-visibility and impactful assets, including Vertical Content, Direct Mail, Channel Enablement, and other content for our North America business partners, overseeing the full asset lifecycle from collecting the market needs and ideation on the type of asset to creation and distribution amongst partners. The ideal candidate will drive program management efforts, ensuring seamless execution from concept to execution. The role requires strong communication, as you'll be expected to frequently collaborate with numerous cross-functional stakeholders, such as Business Development, Market Category, Worldwide Marketing, and Legal.

Responsibilities
- Asset development and management for North America Office Print, overseeing full asset lifecycle from creation to deployment
- Regularly maintain assets by following new product introduction to incorporate new devices while phasing out their predecessors.
- Program Management to ensure that plans are seen through from concept to installation.
- Act as a key liaison between Worldwide Marketing and Category teams, facilitating the localization and adaptation of global assets for the North American market.
- Design and distribute newsletters to communicate the latest sales and marketing collateral to partners.
- Manage market messaging adjustments, leveraging market insights and packaging strategies for retail
- Maintain comprehensive asset trackers to monitor the receipt and distribution of marketing collateral from the global teams.
- Maintain Partner experience by ensuring the necessary sales and marketing materials are readily available
- Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (media, social, e-commerce) and customer journeys.
- Familiarity with asset development and creative/production agency supervision.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to bring them together to achieve one goal.
- Knowledge of the printing category is a plus.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
