Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive significant sales growth by leading the strategic development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives leveraging POS materials, trade fairs, and innovative promotional activities.
• Architect high-impact promotional campaigns, designing customer incentives that align with corporate objectives and deliver maximum ROI.
• Provide expert analysis and strategic guidance on competitor activities, shaping changes in broader market strategy and positioning.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced marketing plans for high-profile events, utilizing cutting-edge marketing techniques and technologies to elevate our brand presence.
• Direct and oversee all phases of event coordination, ensuring alignment with brand vision and seamless integration of external service providers to consistently deliver exceptional event outcomes.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• B.A. degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or Communication preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in marketing strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale promotional campaigns and events.
• Strong analytical skills for competitive market analysis and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership and project management abilities to oversee cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proven experience with budget/spent management aligned with strategic priorities.

• Experience in the automotive or industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
