Purpose of the Job
This role will play a crucial role in supporting the group sales department, acting as a pivotal link between Ticketing leadership, sales representatives, internal teams, and external clients. Responsible for coordinating events, servicing clients, and creating and maintaining group sales processes and information, this manager will ensure all aspects of group sales are organized and efficient as a contributor to the overall success of the team.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops strategies, procedures, and processes for sales team based on best practices, protocols, reporting, tracking, events, and other applicable guidelines for accountability and consistency.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Group Sales and internal stakeholders from Stadium Operations, Game Presentation, Marketing, and Partnerships to foster productive relationships and collaboration.
- Work with sales team to obtain group agreements, collect and catalogue signed terms and conditions for all clients and coordinate the Group and Hospitality Tracker assignments.
- Works with sales team to create required sales/marketing collateral specific to each group event and applicable group sales links for events.
- Manage larger events executables including logistics, schedules, field bookings, amenity offerings, sales materials, giveaways, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of group initiatives, halftime performances, player meet-and-greets, and other matchday and non-matchday events that drive Group Sales.
- Provide customer service during match week; manage matchday staff and fan experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain the Group Sales website and all associated landing pages to ensure up-to-date information and functionality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- Minimum 2 years of ticket experience within the sports industry – Required
- Group Sales - Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience – Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills – Required
- Ticketing system experience, SeatGeek – Preferred
- CRM experience, SalesForce – Preferred
- Self- starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with high level of interpersonal skills to work across divisions.
- Acts with high levels of integrity and professionalism with the ability to exercise discretion and good judgement.
- Ability to work long, irregular hours and weekends as dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
