Rainier Springs, operated jointly with Lifepoint Behavioral Health and Springstone, seeks a passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented Chief Executive Officer to join our team. We specialize in compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment. The Chief Executive Officer is accountable for implementing and directing all facility operations while coordinating internal and external business development strategies. This position interfaces closely with the medical staff and administration to achieve the hospitals goals and objectives.

Salary range $200,000- $230,000 per year. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this yearly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this yearly rate.

- Degree in a clinical, financial or business related field, Master’s Degree preferred
- Prior hospital leadership experience required
- Prefer Behavioral health experience, will consider LTAC, rehabilitation or other hospital experience.
