What you’ll do:

Drive Strategy. Deliver Insights. Make an Impact.

As the Manager of Business Analytics, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our business through strategic research, performance insights, and executive-level reporting. If you enjoy turning data into action and working across departments to support high-impact initiatives, then this position is in your wheelhouse.

You will also:

• Oversee strategic research projects that guide business growth, M&A activity, and competitive intelligence
• Conduct data analysis and performance tracking
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and insights.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to support key initiatives
• Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors
• Take a hands-on approach to project management and project execution
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and achieve results
• Manage key business routines such as leadership meetings, travel planning, calendar coordination, and information management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management
• Three or more years (3+) of related business analytics experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Expertise in translating complex data into clear insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
• Attentive to detail and a reputation for meeting tight deadlines
• A flexible and energetic approach to managing changing priorities
