Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Maintenance Systems Manager with at least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role supports the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance, and Execution Systems solutions within our Manufacturing and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance engineering work, including reviewing mechanical and electrical engineering specifications.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractor personnel, including SAP Master Data Analyst, Storeroom Coordinator, and contractors.
- Establish maintenance strategies that drive safe, reliable, effective, efficient, and customer-centric maintenance operations.
- Accountable for the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Process, ensuring corrective work orders are properly planned and weekly schedules are developed and tracked with metrics/KPIs.
- Maintain a culture of participation and compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure GMP compliance by following site SOPs and managing deviations, events/non-conformances, and CAPAs.
- Lead SAP CMMS documentation management, updates, and improvements.
- Establish voice of customer feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement, simplification, and cost reduction opportunities.
- Engage with various platforms and consultants to benchmark and establish best practices.
- Lead/support projects and deliver agreed scope, time, and cost.
- Support the digitalization roadmap and improve maintenance data contextualization.
- Visualize metrics and dashboards to facilitate performance dialogues.
- Promote continuous improvement using tools like Faster Forward, Design Thinking, and Kaizen.
- Support development plans of direct reports, including training plans.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance activities in GMP manufacturing, utilities, and facilities equipment.
- Detail-oriented, teamwork-focused, customer-centric, with a thorough understanding of GMPs and regulatory requirements.
- Influencing, partnering, collaboration, analytical, conflict and risk management, critical thinking, and good oral and written presentation skills.
- Knowledge of cGMPs for Maintenance in an FDA-regulated environment.
- CMMS experience (SAP or Maximo).
- Experience with Stockroom or Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Logistics, KPIs, Data Contextualization, Planning and Scheduling, Kitting, Project Management, CMMS, Regulatory Audits, Maintenance, and/or Reliability Excellence.
- People management experience.
- Project Management experience.
- FPX certification and/or Six Sigma and/or Lean experience.
- Experience in green or brown field GMP MFG facility start-up, including process systems, automation, utilities, facilities, and operations.
