This is a W2 Temp position.
Your Role
- Perform chemical experiments and procedures in the laboratory following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and observations in lab notebooks and electronic records.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare and handle chemical solutions, reagents, and standards required for testing.
- Assist in the development and optimization of analytical methods for product testing.
- Support product development by providing analytical data for formulation and quality control.
- Follow all safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP) in all testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with problem-solving or troubleshooting in experimental processes.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to test results.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
- Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, or similar equipment.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, chemical analysis, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with quality control and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GMP).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
