Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, handling phone calls, visitors, appointments, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Open and close the administrative building daily according to operating hours, 9am - 5pm.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and post mail/deliveries for all departments daily.
  • Accurately prepare donations, payments, and other incoming funds; reconcile Petty Cash.
  • Input data and manage scheduling.
  • Maintain board documents, schedule meetings, manage memberships, and complete meeting minutes.
  • Provide clerical and project support to senior leadership team members.

Knowledge/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management/administrative support.
  • Preferred experience in social services/behavioral health and transcription.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Word.

Salary Description

Starting at $16-$21/hr.
