- Developing strategies: Have a firm understanding of the goals of the company and its subsidiaries and create campaigns that will help achieve those goals. Develop a keen understanding of the FivesNA target markets, craft specific messages and determine the most effective means of delivering those messages to the decision makers of our global customer base.
- Implementation strategies: Once a strategy is approved, put it into action. Develop timelines, assignments, tasks, and ensure that the strategy is implemented on time.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including technical articles, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and other assets, ensuring content aligns with the brand and appeals to target audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and execute digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and website updates, optimizing these channels to improve reach and engagement.
- Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness within target markets and ensure all marketing materials (literature, *.PPTX files, trade show speeches, etc.) consistently reflect our brand identity and values.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, monitor industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics, ROI, and KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate trade shows, webinars, industry conferences, and other events to increase brand exposure and connect with potential clients.
- e-Commerce Website: Actively participate and be responsible for the creation of content pages and maintenance of the pages for the new Sana e-Commerce website.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B industrial marketing.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development, execution, and brand development.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen to technical information and convert it into compelling marketing messages.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Experience in managing agency relationships and vendor contracts.
- Ability to work independently, set deadlines, and meet those deadlines.
