Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating a high volume of collection matters
- Communicating with debtors, clients, opposing counsel and the court
- Managing and calendaring a large number of litigation and collection deadlines
- Drafting legal correspondence and documents including motion papers and complaints
- Filing documents with court and county offices and arranging for service of process
- Candidate will be expected to take a lead role in all things secretarial, clerical and paralegal related for the collections practice
- Collection litigation management experience
- Attention to detail and deadlines even with high volume of work
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills
- Minimum 2 years experience required
