Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders and facility policies and procedures
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and report any changes to the RN or physician
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, as needed
• Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff, as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state board of nursing
• Must have current CPR certification
• Must have basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
• Proof of Covid vaccination is required to be eligible for this position
