Job Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage product tests, ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting.
• Operate and maintain test fixtures and equipment.
• Record and analyze data using Excel and graphing tools.
• Work directly with engineers and project leads to communicate findings.
• Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Support lab safety, organization, and maintenance programs.
• Present findings and insights to team members and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical or Chemical preferred, but open to others).
• Understanding of data collection, test execution, and analysis.
• Critical thinking skills—ability to evaluate tests, identify risks, and make recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
  

Nice to Have

• Hands-on mechanical experience with lab or test equipment.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, plumbing, or water chemistry.
• Familiarity with data acquisition (DAQ) methods.
• Experience with tools like MATLAB, Python, or R for data analysis.
