Level: Entry

The Marketing Intern supports the marketing team in executing the company’s marketing strategy by executing all essential routine functions. This position will operate within the marketing team’s Graphic Design Studio, focused on photography, video, and other image-based functionalities. The position may also require supporting the team's Key Account tasks. This includes developing and producing accurate and attractive sub-proposals, qualification packages, and other marketing materials to support the firm’s business development goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Graphic Studio team with images, photos, and videos
  • Accurate and consistent updating of Salesforce marketing and client databases
  • Supporting other digital and print marketing and communications initiatives as noted below
  • Supporting the creation of highly detailed and accurate proposal packages, often under tight deadlines

Specific Duties:

  • Project Photos & Videos: The intern will accompany Graphic studio members to project sites to assist with photos and videos.Proposal coordination: Works closely with the Key
  • Account Studio Members and relevant personnel in developing and designing sub-proposals and qualification materials
  • Assist with other marketing duties as assigned, including writing copy for project profiles, newsletters, or company emails, or organizing company events and maintaining the P2S
  • Social Suite
  • Database maintenance: Provides timely and ongoing input into the firm’s Salesforce database, including new contacts and proposals currently in progress.
  • Creation of Image Assets: The intern will create image assets consistent with P2S brand standards under guidance from Graphic Designers
  • Computer / Software Skills

Strong computer skills and experience in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Marketing or a related field experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Pardot, Print Marketing,
  • Account Management, Podcast, TV Production
  • Strong computer skills and experience in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word,
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
