The Care Transformation department works to identify, develop, and lead system-wide transformation initiatives. The department works with leadership, IT, and Revenue Management to drive complex system wide issues, leading strategic projects for Executive Leadership.
As an IT Project Manager, you will form a part of our inter-departmental efforts to implement the most cutting-edge and effective information technology and systems at Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will provide operational and strategic leadership to all personnel assigned to projects; ensure effective integration of organizational strategy, people, technology and business processes; implement initiatives to bridge the gap between IT project teams and their customers to provide timely professional services, guidance and support. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and analytical skills, an appreciation for information systems and data management protocol and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience in varied business or customer service duties. Three (3) years experience of System Integration project management.
