Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deck building, concrete finishing, hardscaping, and other outdoor construction tasks.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Help with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup to keep job sites organized.
• Work with the crew to execute high-quality craftsmanship on each project.
• Learn new skills on the job, including machine operating, siding, and roofing.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or outdoor building is required (but we're willing to train the right person).
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and mixing concrete.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A go-getter attitude - we want team players who take initiative and work well with others.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Job sites throughout the Pocono region, Lehigh and Bethlehem.
