What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding front office service and create a welcoming, efficient experience for families.
• Manage referrals and our growing waitlist with care and precision.
• Schedule new and recurring appointments and support therapist caseloads.
• Educate families about insurance, policies, and next steps with clarity and warmth.
• Ensure accurate data entry, billing coordination, and payment processing.
• Support administrative workflows and bring solutions, not just problems.
• Collaborate with our clinical and front office team to improve efficiency and access to care.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: Associate's Degree or higher.
• Experience: 2–5 years in a front desk, scheduler, or care coordinator role (therapy or healthcare strongly preferred; pediatrics is a plus!).
• Confidence & Communication: You’re great with people, can explain benefits and policies clearly, and know how to manage tough conversations with empathy.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in EHR platforms, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Organized & Proactive: You love checklists, streamlining workflows, and stepping in before something falls through the cracks.
• HIPAA-Compliant: You know the rules and take privacy seriously.
• Ready to Work: Must pass a TB test and FBI background check.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
