We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Coordinator / Project Support to assist the Project Manager in managing design documents, tracking project progress, and coordinating between the construction site and design teams. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals looking to build or advance their career in construction and design coordination.
We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Report Creation & Progress Tracking: Prepare daily reports and maintain organized records of project milestones.
- Design Meeting Coordination: Participate in design meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Drawing Management: Request, review, and organize 2D CAD and PDF drawings submitted by subcontractors.
- Revit Model Coordination: Request and review updates to 3D Revit models from subcontractors.
- Material Takeoffs: Conduct quantity takeoffs from design documents to support construction planning.
- Documentation Management: Maintain systematic, accessible project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Preferred).
- Experience: 0 – 3 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in design coordination or construction documentation is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Procore, ProjectSight, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Navisworks (Preferred).
- Language Skills: English/Korean bilingual (Preferred)
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience
