Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing and managing spare parts orders using our procurement system, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving procurement-related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics tracking.
Key Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing and managing spare parts orders using our procurement system, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving procurement-related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Place and manage spare parts orders via the company’s procurement system
- Ensure timely receipt of order acknowledgments from suppliers
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates
- Resolve order discrepancies and supplier issues
- Maintain accurate records of POs, shipping info, and communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure part availability
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa preferred)
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Coupa experience preferred
- Location: Remote
- Travel: No travel required
