Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting marketing strategy development and leading campaign execution to drive increased results and revenue for DOXA corporate and business verticals as assigned.
Requirements
Marketing Development and Campaign Management: In support of key growth strategies, develop marketing plans for assigned DOXA Verticals to achieve stated goals. Oversee marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, managing creative resources and other project stakeholders to drive results.
Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid media campaigns, and social media marketing, to generate leads and build brand awareness, both for DOXA Corporate and DOXA Verticals. Manage and optimize DOXA websites, ensuring they serve as valuable resources for prospective clients and convert leads.
Content Creation Oversight: Guide the development of marketing materials such as advertisements, social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
Data Analysis: Measure the success of marketing efforts using KPIs, recommending and modifying strategies as appropriate to drive maximum results.
Budget Management: Allocating and monitoring marketing budget
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum three-five years marketing experience applying direct response & digital marketing principles and methodologies.
BtoB Marketing Experience Preferred.
Minimum three-five years project management or project team experience.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices.
Knowledge of marketing campaign management.
Knowledge of digital marketing, including content, SEO, paid media.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills in small and large group settings.
Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, marketing campaign management software, and content management systems.
Experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
Travel:
10% domestic travel as needed.
Work Schedule:
Regular office schedule.
