Job Description:

Under the direction of the Clinical Director and in alignment with agency policies, the Clinical Supervisor will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individuals to determine eligibility for MHSB (Mental Health Skill Building) and Intensive In-Home services, ensuring compliance with Department of Behavioral Health and DMAS guidelines.
  • Communicate with the Clinical Director within 24 hours of conducting an assessment.
  • Ensure that all assessments are properly documented and submitted to the Clinical Director for review within 30 days of the assessment.
  • Provide case supervision and support to QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) staff.
  • Hold weekly supervision meetings to review service delivery and ensure quality.
  • Oversee that documentation is completed on time and meets required quality standards.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified mental health professional with strong interpersonal, management, and service delivery skills. Qualifications include:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, or a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field, or a Doctorate in Psychology.
  • A minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Psychologist in the state of Virginia.
  • LMHP or LMHP-E credentials.
