Paralegal

Industry leading litigation firm with growth opportunities, looking for a Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be a

personable, energetic individual interested in developing their skills in the legal administrative area. This position

will be reporting directly to the attorney(s) they are assigned to.

Job Duties

• Perform legal and factual research; perform records research
• Organize and analyze information; cross-check and validate information
• Prepare written reports and draft legal documents
• Help prepare legal arguments, motions, etc.
• Maintain reference files; organize and track case files
• Trial preparation
• Familiarity with discovery
• Knowledge of state, county and local court rules and filing procedures
• Assist staff and attorneys with required tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
• Three years of experience preferred
• Sufficient in Word, Excel and Adobe
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Litigation knowledge
  
  

Hourly Pay: $25-35 ***Pay negotiable based on experience***
