Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $200,000 - $240,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Essential Functions
Domain Expertise in Life Science Commercial / Medical Affairs
- Life Science Commercial / Medical Affairs Knowledge: Bring experience addressing life science challenges faced in commercial and or medical affairs teams, including the use of Real-World Data (RWD) to answer complex questions.
- Audience Credibility: Build trust with non-technical audiences, translating technical concepts into actionable insights. Act as a credible partner to non-technical medical affairs audiences, translating technical insights into actionable strategies.
- Client Advisory: Guide clients in defining impactful, resource-efficient solutions, serving as a peer and trusted advisor.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and oversee a global team of data scientists, ensuring excellence and delivery across diverse geographies. Guide the team in leveraging real-world data (RWD) to generate insights for medical affairs teams.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continual learning within the team, encouraging technical growth and cross-functional constructive interaction.
- Technical Leadership: Develop, evaluate, and implement machine learning and artificial intelligence models to address complex medical affairs challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance HCP engagement and deliver patient-centered care experiences.
- Emerging Trends: Analyze and apply developments in Med Affairs, exploring their impact on business and medical applications.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with organizational and client leaders to shape value propositions, blending AI capabilities with data and products to address client needs.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Trinity as a visible thought leader in AI and medical affairs, speaking at conferences, publishing insights, and building external credibility.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Problem-Solving: Partner with clients to scope projects and define impactful approaches, balancing technical feasibility and business value.
Position Requirements
Education
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Biomedical Informatics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within medical affairs, with a strong foundation in statistical and AI methodologies.
- Background in writing code, building models, and developing machine learning solutions.
- Deep experience working with real-world data (RWD) to address medical questions and generate actionable insights.
- Expertise in digital health product development, cloud storage, and advanced analytics.
- Strategic understanding of external healthcare trends and the ability to design patient-centered solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering high-impact results in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Strong client orientation, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and guide stakeholders in achieving their goals.
