Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations with a focus on safety, end-user satisfaction, financial performance, and productivity. This role demands a data-driven leader who can speak and present effectively, demonstrate a strong belief in process sustainability and continuous improvement, and leverage technology to enhance operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Lean Principles, and possess extensive experience in warehouse operations.

- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are strictly followed
- Foster a safety-first culture through training, audits, and enforcement of best practices
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed
- End User Satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of service quality and operational excellence to meet customer expectations
- Address and resolve end-user concerns promptly and effectively
- Work cross-functionally to improve order accuracy, timeliness, and overall service experience
- Financial Performance
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Oversee end-of-period financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate data-driven insights
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or service levels
- Productivity and Process Improvement
- Drive efficiency and productivity improvements using Lean principles and process optimization strategies
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure that technology and automation are effectively used to enhance operational performance.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, engage, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and create development plans for employees
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Technology and Data Utilization
- Leverage technology to improve warehouse operations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively
- Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Prepare and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Lean Principles)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Proven track record in operations leadership, including safety, financial performance, and process improvements
- Strong people leadership skills with an emphasis on engagement, team development, and performance management
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively
