We're seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our Sales Family in order to drive revenue growth and foster lasting relationships with clients and partners across multiple locations in CT. This role offers not only the chance to excel in sales, but also abundant opportunities for advancement as we expand our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments and presentations, tailoring our solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Leverage pre-qualified leads to capitalize on sales opportunities and drive company revenue.
  • Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to forge and nurture customer connections.
  • Evaluate sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay abreast of regional competition
  • Participate in door to door marketing and business development.


Compensation and Training:

  • $3,000 per month during training period (approximately 4 weeks long), 15% uncapped commission after training period with the opportunity for performance based bonuses.
  • Benefit from comprehensive initial training on our patented technology, product offerings, and the opportunity to mentor future team members.
  • Engage in ongoing weekly sales training sessions and meetings focused on performance optimization and growth strategies.

  • Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with a variety of differing groups.
  • Demonstrates high energy and enthusiasm in engaging with potential clients and driving sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Showcase personal demeanor and ability to connect with clients on a personal level to create a positive and memorable sales experience.

OTE: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
