• Provide support for data file and processing errors and contribute to resolution documentation and continuous improvement efforts for preventing future errors. Will need to partner with multiple internal/external teams in providing support and communicate updates for issue resolution.
• oRespond to and resolve data transfer and integration incidents
• oAnalyze issues to detect recurring problems.
• oAssess severity of issues
• oPartner with internal teams to resolve issues
• oDocument issue resolution and any mitigation plans/efforts for preventing the issue from reoccurring in the future25%
• Build, construct, configure, and implement new managed file transfer integrations using scalable and reusable integration patterns.
• oIdentify end-user requirements
• oMaintain all managed file transfer processes to standard levels and continuous improvement efficiencies.25%
• High levels of technical communication with trading partners to work through the security integration requirements that Surest has.15%
• Manage time and changing priorities with continuous communication to the team and trading partners with updates to the team Kanban process and board.10%
• Contribute to monitoring 1000’s of managed file transfer jobs to ensure their timely delivery and receipt. 10%
• Reflect and contribute to retrospective sessions that can make Surest Data Operations better (quality, lead time, efficiency, security, scalability, etc.)

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year
