You will partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate analysis, tools, and solutions. Reporting to the project owner, you will work with various teams and engage with internal partners to drive and execute new innovative programs and products.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions, and analysis
- Perform analysis, interpret results, develop actionable insights, and present recommendations.
- Serve as a project manager for key initiatives: prepare agendas and meeting content, track progress, maintain a project plan, coordinate activities across teams, and engage subject-matter experts as appropriate
- Execute project plans in coordination with business owners and technical product managers
- Consult with internal partners to drive continuous improvement efforts across care management programs, ensuring alignment with short and long-range goals

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience executing and implementing initiatives related to clinical/care management, new product or capability development in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
- 3+ years of experience documenting processes, understanding workflow and requirement gathering, working with large data sets, driving problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions
- 1+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment; ability to work independently and in a team environment positively and supportively
- Experience managing detailed, complex projects
- Proficient in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Willing or ability to travel up to 10% for business purposes, including department, program, partner, and other internal meetings
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity by taking on multiple product initiatives
- Proficient presentation, time management, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience in analyzing and investigating, providing explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
