Description

Transform the Future of Mental Healthcare with UsAt Psynth, we are on a mission to eliminate the nine-month wait for evaluations and diagnoses, empowering psychologists to focus on what truly matters: patient care. Our AI-driven platform streamlines workflows, reduces paperwork, and enhances both clinician satisfaction and patient experiences. Now, we need a Product Manager to own our roadmap, continuously learn with customers, and ensure our product is indispensable.

Let's be real: we're not here to add another meditation app to the world. We're building AI that will fundamentally transform how people receive psychological care, and we need ambitious builders who get excited by that "holy sh*t, this could actually work" feeling.

If you're energized by turning breakthrough technology into something that genuinely changes lives, and you want to be part of a team that moves fast and pushes boundaries, then we need to hear from you. We're backed by top investors, but more importantly, we're driven by the opportunity to build something that matters.

Why You? Why Now?
  • Own a game-changing product. Lead the development of a truly AI-native platform designed for psychologists, ensuring seamless adoption and deep trust in the technology.
  • Shape the future of AI in healthcare. Work on the bleeding edge of AI capabilities, translating innovation into real-world impact for clinicians and patients.
  • Join a backed, high-growth startup. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity in a venture-funded company with real customers. You’ll have co-founder equity and the ability to shape the team you’ve always wanted.
  • Do work that matters. Help care providers spend more time with patients and less time drowning in paperwork, making their jobs more rewarding and impactful.

Your Role: Own, Build, Iterate, Scale

As the Product Manager, you will:
  • Be the customer’s voice: Engage directly with psychologists, understand their pain points, and shape a product they can't live without.
  • Own the full product lifecycle: From customer interviews to feature development, launches, hotfixes, and growth strategies, this is your domain.
  • Move fast & experiment: Speed is key. Use only as much process as necessary to iterate rapidly and drive adoption.
  • Find & convert new customers: You’re not just building a product. You’re driving its success in the field. Demos, sales conversations, and relationship-building are part of your DNA.
  • Balance vision & execution: Know where we're headed, but be ready to pivot. Ship today. Plan for tomorrow.
What Success Looks Like
  • Product adoption: If psychologists love it and use it, you’re winning.
  • Customer-centric hustle: You’re always in the field, gathering insights, and making the product better.
  • Relentless iteration: You push fast, learn fast, and make data-driven decisions.
  • AI at the forefront: You’re integrating AI in ways that truly enhance clinician workflows not just hype.

Who You Are

  • You’re obsessed with customer experience. You will fight for what users need and won’t settle for mediocre adoption.
  • You’re a master at wearing many hats. You’ll play the role of SDR, Customer Success, QA, and Product Leader sometimes all in the same day.
  • You’re a builder & doer. This isn’t a cushy Big Tech role. It’s late nights, breakthroughs, press mentions, speaking gigs, and real impact.
  • You’re an elite demo pro. You can sell the product better than a VP/CRO/AE mashup.
  • You’re a proven product shipper. Show us what you’ve built. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Day 1 Readiness
  • Be ready to dive in, talk to customers, and start shipping.
  • You should balance big-picture thinking with rapid execution.
  • If you need hand-holding, this isn’t the job for you.
Bonus Points If You
  • Have AI/ML experience and can integrate cutting-edge AI solutions
  • Are a customer magnet who knows how to find, pitch, and convert
  • Have experience in health tech, SaaS, or psychology-related products

Benefits

  • Salary plus equity
  • Excellent health, vision, and dental insurance with 99% of the employee premium paid
  • Life insurance
  • Private and collaborative workspace at one of the coolest office buildings in Tulsa
