Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven HR generalist experience, with a focus on employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and work collaboratively with teams at all levels.

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
