As the Manager of National Creator Marketing, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with creators and influencers on a national scale, as well as driving the development and execution of creator-led campaigns and projects that align with the brand’s objectives. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with social media creators, overseeing campaign and project execution, and ensuring that all national creator marketing efforts generate significant audience engagement and brand awareness. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external creators to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and resonate with target audiences.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

CAMPAIGN AND PROJECT PLANNING & EXECUTION

Develop and execute national creator marketing plans within priority marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies and brand objectives. Develop strategic and creative ideas and opportunities to engage creators in priority marketing campaigns and activations Align with region teams across the country to ensure the right creators are engaged authentically in campaigns and projects Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, social media, legal) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with other brand initiatives. Manage project and campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

CONTRACT & LEGAL COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with creators, influencers, agencies, and partners, ensuring timely execution and adherence to legal and company standards. Oversee contract renewals, terminations, and amendments, ensuring that all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the legal team to manage risk mitigation and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies across all creator marketing activities. Oversee creator contract budget and track contracted creators, reporting on ROI

CREATOR DISCOVERY & CONTENT AMPLIFICATION

Identify and vet new creators across sports, music, gaming, and culture, ensuring alignment with brand objectives Educate regional team members about new, high-potential creators Provide strategic input on content creation, ensuring the brand is represented in a premium and authentic way Oversee content boosting on a national scale, owning the process of boosting creators’ posts that align with advertising guidelines and priorities PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING Use data-driven insights to track the performance of national creator marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and ROI Provide regular reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders, offering recommendations for optimizing future campaigns

COLLABORATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT

Collaborate with internal teams, including social media, marketing, communications, and legal, to ensure that all creator marketing efforts align with the brand’s broader marketing objectives Work with the Audience Insights team to gather data on campaign performance and audience behavior, using insights to inform future strategies Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all creator contracts and agreements are compliant and executed properly

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a focus on managing creator relationships and executing campaigns
  • Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale creator marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators and internal teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 to $128.040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
