The day-to-day:

The day-to-day:
- Provide strategic calendar management for the CEO and be the gatekeeper of his time
- Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel coordination, and sometimes travel with the CEO as needed
- Prep CEO for meetings, manage his inbox, and draft correspondence, documents and presentations on behalf of CEO as needed
- Support with meeting coordination, event planning, and other ad hoc projects
