Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is excited to welcome a Project Manager to our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This is an opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, schedules, resources, risk mitigation, deliverables, scope and quality for projects assigned to them. The Project Manager leads and monitors the project team to ensure deliverables meet scope and time for assigned projects. This role will report into Sales Operations and Enablement collaborating across Marketing, Finance, Order Management, IT, and other ALI functions.
In this role, you’ll help prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and meeting notes, contributing to a clear path forward on all active initiatives. You’ll support team meetings by coordinating schedules, following up on action items, and tracking project developments in project management software. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in compiling and sharing project status reports with stakeholders, enabling our teams to make informed decisions.

- Manage a portfolio of projects that span one or multiple lines of business
- Ensure Project Charters are documented, reviewed and communicated for project stakeholders including but not limited to scope, assumptions, drivers, resources, expectations
- Create, manage and execute project schedules, revising as needed, to meet project needs and requirements
- Facilitate cross functional interlocks and interdependencies with project stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver reporting on project progress, ensuring stakeholders can easily understand status and challenges
- Identify, document and resolve project action items, risks, issues, roadblocks and dependencies
- Plan, facilitate and document project meetings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management; complex and modular project history
- 3+ years of experience including software and technical development lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to inspire team members to attain project goals and pursue excellence
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency and/or experience with related tools including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Project and Salesforce
- Available for up to 10% domestic travel for project meetings
